Thanks to Seth Rosenthal for this report: Easter Regatta was one of the most challenging conditions with ever-shifting and pressure differentials from 0-30 knots. After the first race of day one, the whole fleet was sailing with the blade. We unfortunately struggled with that transition as our jib car broke in half before the first start, forcing us to get creative to still sail. As the weekend went on, we saw everything from keels out of the water to spin poles in the water. It was incredibly challenging. Paul Abdullah did a fantastic job overcoming the adversities of the weekend, with James Howard right behind him by a couples points. The Peter Bream Winter Series Award was a great honor to receive. It’s awarded by having the highest results across the Series, which includes Kings Day, Midwinters and Easter Regatta. For the majority of the series, I was using Peter Bream’s old boat (2502).
