The Helly Hansen Annapolis NOOD regatta took place May 3-5. In the nine-boat J/24 fleet, Tony Parker’s Bangor Packet dominated with seven bullets in eight races for 17 points. Pete Kassal’s Spaceman Spiff and James Bonham’s Sisu battled for the remainder of the top three, with Kassal earning the tiebreaker (27 points) for second place.
