The Verve Cup Inshore Regatta was held August 24-26 for 53 teams in Chicago, IL. Open to one-design fleets for boats 30 feet 6 inches long or shorter, the event attracted nine J/24s who got in five races. By way of keeping all their scores in the top three, Joshua Bone’s Motorhome topped the fleet with 9 points. Richard Graef’s Don’t Panic was the runner-up with 16 points, while Cory Huseby’s Bork!Bork!Bork! was third with 19.
