The J/Fest Southwest Regatta celebrated its 14th anniversary in Lakewood, TX in October. The 17-boat J/24 fleet saw Paul Foerster’s GRAND SLAM 2 posting a 3-1-2-1-1-3 for 11 points to win easily. BAD MOON, skippered by Chris Holmes, took second with a 1-2-3-6-5-4 tally for 21 points. Rounding out the podium was Jim Freedman’s LOL with a tally of 8-4-1-7-2-1 for 23 points.
