The Houston Open One Design (HOOD) Regatta was held from September 19-20 at the Houston Yacht Club in Texas. Fourteen J/24s completed five races, with Natalie Penner’s Giggles taking the top spot with a line of 1,1,2,2,1 for 7 points.
