The CanAm Challenge hit Youngstown Yacht Club in New York from July 26-27 with 12 one-design fleets plus two pursuit groups. In the five-boat J/24 fleet, a clear winner emerged in Thomas Taylor. He took A1 to five wins in the six races, adding in a second for 7 points. Gabriel Lewis’s Hang Loose settled for second with 16 points, and Rick Sherk’s In the Moment for third (tied on points).
