The 72nd Annual Red Grant Regatta was also the J/24 Garden State Parkway Circuit-District 4 from July 7-8 at Raritan Yacht Club in Perth Amboy, NJ. Six J/24s completed six races, with Stuart Challoner’s SpoilSport winning four of them and winning with 9 points.
