The 12th Annual J/Fest Southwest Regatta was hosted by Lakewood Yacht Club in Seabrook, TX from October 2-3. Nineteen J/24s were registered and got in three races. Frank Keesling’s The Dumpster topped the fleet with 6 points, one better than James Freedman’s Miss Conduct. Barry Bailey’s 99 rounded out the top three.
